Ingredients : * 3 Cups coarsely ground cashew nuts * 3/4 Cup sugar * 3/4 Cup water * 2 Strands saffron in warm water * Cardamom powder a pinch.
Method :
In a heavy bottom pan add sugar and water and boil till i thread consistency. Add saffron. Add cashew nuts and keep stirring till it leaves the side. Put it on a greased plated and flatten cut into desired shape.
